Bandstand Realignment

A new waterfront for Bandra: 1.5 km of cycle track and a wider seaside promenade.

Bandstand is a 1.5 km scenic road along the Arabian Sea. Realigning it gives an even 1.8 m footpath on the residential side, a 1.5 km cycle track and a much wider promenade, bringing 3.9 acres into the public domain.

Gardens and junctions along the way are improved, with new spaces and landmarks including a roundabout just before Taj Lands End.
